These Terms of Use apply to jokeplant.com (“Joke Plant”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What Joke Plant offers

Joke Plant offers free online party games, including Would You Rather, Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, This or That, the Party Room and the Joke of the Day. No account or payment is required. The games are provided for entertainment.

2. Play safely and kindly

  • Every Truth or Dare prompt is optional. Skip anything that makes you or anyone else uncomfortable, and never do anything unsafe.
  • Children should play with a parent, guardian or teacher, using the kid-friendly sets.
  • Treat other players with respect. Do not pressure anyone to answer or to take a dare.

3. Party Room rules

  • Use a nickname or first name only. Do not enter personal information such as a full name, phone number or address.
  • Do not use offensive, hateful or impersonating nicknames. The host can remove any player from a room.
  • Rooms are temporary and are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.
  • Do not try to disrupt rooms, overload the service or access rooms you were not invited to.

4. Poll results

Percentages shown after you vote are totals from people who answered that question on Joke Plant. They are for fun and are not scientific surveys.

5. Our content

The questions, jokes, text, design and code on Joke Plant belong to Joke Plant. You are welcome to play the games at home, at parties, in classrooms and at work, and to share links to any page. Please do not copy or republish our question lists, jokes or other content in bulk on other websites, apps or products without written permission.

6. Ads and links to other sites

Joke Plant is supported by ads served by our advertising partner. Ads and links may lead to websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep the games working, but we do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Joke Plant is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including anything that happens while playing a game. You are responsible for how you and your group play.
